People that where find guilty of a crime should be able to vote. I think they should be able to vote because everyone’s opinions matter. Just because they committed a crime there crime has nothing to do with politics. So everyone should be able to vote that committed a crime or that hasn’t.

I think that people who are convicted of a crime should be able to vote. I think they hould be able to vote because if their conciquenses are not fair they can vote for something that they feel comfortable with or they can vote to fix their future so they correct the past.

  3. It's not much of a difference. But I believe that they should be able to vote. They need a chance to speak in their own way. They also want to stay out of jail. This is my reason.

  4. I think people that are found guilty of a crime should be able to vote because if that was one of my family that was guilty for a crime I would not want that for my family.

  5. If people were found guilty of a crime, they should be able to vote. Voting doesn’t have anything to do with committing a crime. This law they have no is not fare, people makes mistakes and if they went to jail they paid for what they did. So, why can’t they vote, this law makes no sense I am against it.

  6. Should people who are found guilty of a crime be able to vote I say yes. I say yes because what is the for them not to be able to vote? It is not fair because even though there in jail don’t mean there opines are not important because the almost have the same amount of rights that we have minus freedom because they are in jail for a crime they did. That’s is saying since you did something wrong you are not important.

  7. I think that they should be able to vote. The law said, “that if you had done a crime you can’t vote for the rest of your life”. I think that is wrong because how if you were blamed for the crime and you didn’t even do it and they let off. Would you be able to vote? That’s my comment. I AM AGAINST!!!!!

Yes people that are found guilty should be able to vote because that is not fair for people that are guilty of a crime. That could have been my family in that predicament and I would want them to let one of my family members vote. So it’s not fair for people that are guilty of a crime, so therefore they should be able to vote.

  9. People who are proven guilty should be able to vote because they are still citizens of America. I do understand where the government is coming from but that still is unfair. That just gives them a reason to be even more violent because you took away a privilege that they can never have again. This isn’t fair. That means my uncle can’t vote anymore. WHY? Because he’s a “criminal”. Everyone makes mistakes, they shouldn’t be punished by unable to state their opinion.

Yes I do think that people who are found guilty should still be able to vote because they are still people. Also I think people who are found guilty of a crime should be able to vote because every vote counts and it just feels right to give prisoners a privilege to vote. I also think that people who are found guilty of a crime because what if it was my family member and they wanted to vote then I would want them to vote.

  11. People who are convicted of a crime should be able to vote. I think they should be able to vote because if their consequences are not fair they can vote for something that they feel comfortable with people who are convicted of a crime should be able to vote. I think they hold be able to vote because if their consequences are not fair they can vote for something that they feel comfortable with.((*PR!NC3*))

  12. If someone were found guilty of a crime they should vote because that brings in more votes for the people who’s running for president. And when someone is relapsed from jail and they lived a normal life and pay taxes they should vote.

    ReplyDelete
  13. Anyone who lives in America and would have to live under the president’s rules should be able to vote. They should be able to vote because it’s only fair that they have a chance to choose whom that want to run do their country. I’m not sure what a person’s crime has to with voting, voting is for everyone. It is understandable that when you do a crime you are to be punishment but I disagree what some ways America treats criminals.

  14. People who are found guilty of a crime shouldn’t be able to vote because when you commit a crime you shouldn’t be able to do anything. When it comes to voting it wouldn’t even matter because it’s not like they’re going to kill someone while their voting and plus everybody should be able to vote.

  15. no i do not think people should vote if they killed some one because if they want to take other peoples lifes away why would they vote for some oe who wants to save lifes and make the us have better enviments to live your lives in

Should people who are found guilty of a crime be able to vote? Explain your answer in 4 to 5 sentences.

I think people who are found guilty of a crime should not be able to vote for like the next eight years but not for the rest of their lives. I also think that it would not be fair if people who committed a crime should be able to vote, but they should get a penalty which is not to vote for a period of time. I also think if the voting offices in some places think its not fair to give people a penalty they can do what they feel is fair. I also think if the government thinks it should be a law to make people who have been guilty of a crime not vote that is their choice also.

  17. People that go to jail should have he ability to vote. I say that because even though they went to jail they should be able to vote because people can change. But what if you got sentenced to go to jail for an over night stay. Does that mean that they cant vote for the rest of their life.

No. My opinion does not change at all.

No my opinion did change because i still feel the same way i did when i write my blog. I still feel that when people who are in prison can't vote that the government is calling nobody and they re still humans just like we are. I think that they should still have to right to vote as any other person who is not in prison.

  21. No, my opinion has not changed. It will stay as it is until something critical changes it. This is my answer.

    ReplyDelete
  22. I haven't changed my mind about the discussion I still agree that criminals should be able to vote.

    ReplyDelete
  23. I still believe that people should vote no matter what then went to jail or prison for that is what I think. Some one said in the group discussion “everyone’s voice should be heard”.

    ReplyDelete
  24. I still agree with my opinion. Like I said before politics has nothing to do with felons.

  25. people that are found guilty of a crime should be able to vote because if that was one of my family that was guilty for a crime I would not want that for my family.

  26. my opinion has never changed. so people that did crimes can vote. Mr.Murray

  27. No my answer has not changed at all. I standed by what I have bloged and I mean it. I also think that there will be nothing that can change my answer.

    ReplyDelete
  28. My opine has not really changed, but I am thinking about the Con. My opine has not changed because I still feel it is not fair to not allow people to vote because of something you did that just telling them there nothing. I have been thinking about the other opines because I can under stand there side.

  29. No, my opinion has not changed. I still think criminal should be bale to vote. My opinion will only change if the change the law.

    ReplyDelete
  30. my opinion didn't change, i'm still on both sides.Pro and con.

  31. Yes i do have the same Mind set of what i had wrote the last time about people that did crimes should vote i still say no to that therie because why should they vote if they just going to take people lives.and i understand that every body makes mistakes but a mistake like the is just wrong.

  32. If people are found guilty of a crime I think that they should be able to vote. One reason why I think that they should be able to vote is because every voice counts. Another reason why I think that every voice counts is because every one here is a part of this community. The last reason why I think that they should have a chance to vote is because every one thinks different. When i say every one thinks different i mean every some one might vote for someone and another person might vote for some else.

    ReplyDelete
  33. My opinion does not change because people who commited a felony should vote.

    ReplyDelete
  34. No, my answer did not change. The reason why my answer did not change is because everyone has a voice.

  35. Even if someone does go to jail they should be able to vote. That is because if someone were to go to jail for over night I wouldent be fair if they could never vote again. It’s like saying that you get in trouble at home and than your mother come to you and says that your no longer apart of the family and then loose everything.

I am still for the same thing i said before because i have the same perspective of very hing. Even thoug h they were putting us in the perdicament where we had family getting penalized for the same topic and i personally think that america is america,it's not like we can just ask the government if the can just let that person go just because they are our family. So if america comes up with a law there is nothing we can do about it unless we can vote, i really do not know how it works but if thats how it is thats how it is. So i am still for what i said because it doesint really hurt me because i am a juvenille and i am too young to vote so most of the things that adults do is pretty much up to them.
